Our membership packets are printed and shipped First Class from Tampa, Florida which usually takes 2-3 days if mailed locally.  Out of state shipping addresses will take longer.

Please Note:

While waiting for your membership to arrive, you may simply use your email confirmation receipt that we will send as your temporary card until the actual membership card arrives.

Simply enter the name(s) you need printed on the membership card(s) in the Cart Notes.

Also, if you need to keep your gift a secret, enter YOUR email address and mailing address (not the recipient's) on the order form.
