Currently, we are mailing summer membership packets every day from our Carrollwood office.

Typical turnaround time is about 2-3 days mailed locally.

***Please Note****

While waiting for your membership packet, you may simply use your email confirmation receipt that we will send as your temporary card until the actual membership card arrives.

☀️ Our initial bulk First Class Summer Membership Card packet mailer was handed over to USPS on Tuesday, March 26th.

❄️ Our initial first class bulk Winter Membership Card packet mailer is usually the third week of October (Winter season is Nov-March)

**If you purchased an Annual/Combo Membership, you will receive one membership packet for each 6-month season. Summer packets are mailed during the spring and summer months, and winter packets will be mailed mid-October.

Simply enter the name(s) you need printed on the membership card(s) in the Cart Notes.

Also, if you need to keep your gift a secret, enter YOUR email address and mailing address (not the recipient's) on the order form.
