Currently, we are mailing Winter membership packets every day from our Carrollwood office.

Typical turnaround time is about 2-3 days mailed locally.

***Please Note****

While waiting for your membership packet, you may simply use your email confirmation receipt that we will send as your temporary card until the actual membership card arrives.

❄️ Our initial First Class Winter 24/25 Membership Card packet mailer was Oct 18th (Winter season is Nov-March).

☀️ Our initial First Class Summer 25 Membership Card packet mailer will take place the second week of March (Summer season is April-October)

**If you purchased an Annual/Combo Membership, you will receive one membership packet for each season. Summer packets are mailed during the spring and summer months, and winter packets will be mailed mid-October.

Simply enter the name(s) you need printed on the membership card(s) in the Cart Notes.

Also, if you need to keep your gift a secret, enter YOUR email address and mailing address (not the recipient's) on the order form.
